Environmental Active Defense provides comprehensive protection against environmental aggressors by shielding the skin from UVB and UVA rays (both short and long), visible light, infrared radiation, and pollution. This technology combines: - Physical protection – a blend of UVA/UVB filters and an anti-pollution glycofilm that limits the skin’s exposure to UV radiation and pollution. - Biological protection – a combination of ectoine and mannitol (from Sun Active Defence Technology) and a powerful antioxidant (MAA), which helps preserve the skin’s self-defence mechanisms against sun exposure and counteracts the excess oxidative stress caused by the combined impact of UVA, visible light, infrared, and pollution.
Detox Science is an active ingredient offering advanced biological protection by stimulating the skin’s natural defences against the sun and pollution (patented use). It activates detoxification enzymes naturally present in skin cells to eliminate pollutants and supports the production of the skin’s own antioxidant enzymes.
