Biphase Lipo Alcoholic is a dermatological innovation protected by a global patent. Inspired by its ecobiological principles, NAOS and its Laboratoire Dermatologique BIODERMA have created the first double-action barrier hand care. This biphase formula combines an alcoholic phase with a lipidic phase.

1. Alcoholic phase: it consists of 74.5% ethanol. It acts by eliminating viruses ⁴, bacteria ⁵ and yeasts ⁶.

2. Lipidic phase: it consists of 10% shea oil and squalane. A complementary combination rich in lipids naturally presents in the skin to protect it against dryness. Together, these two biomimetic ingredients provide the skin with what it needs to become stronger after repeated cleansing ³.

Shake before use, no-rinse

Step 1 Shake the product before use so that the oil disperses in the alcohol.
Step 2 Spray to fill the palm of your hand (3 ml).
Step 3 Rub for 30 seconds.
Step 4 Enjoy the results! The skin is instantly nourished and protected.

Hand hygiene is essential to protect yourself from viral or bacterial infections. However, when hand washing is repeated many times during the day, it can have consequences on the health of your skin.

The skin is the organ enveloping our body, a vital barrier between ourselves and the external environment. It is made up of small molecules, lipids, and cells. Together they form a barrier known as the hydrolipidic film. A greasy film that retains water in the skin to prevent it from becoming dehydrated.

Repeated cleansing may alter this hydrolipidic film, as it acts on the skin as well as the membranes of certain viruses or bacteria, which themselves are made up of lipids.

This is why, after repeated cleansing, the hydrolipidic film is altered, resulting in dehydration. The skin on the hands becomes dry, irritated and sometimes itchy.

To offset the drying effect of alcohol, Laboratoire BIODERMA, inspired by NAOS’s ecobiological principles, added lipids to its formula to develop the first Biphase Lipo Alcoholic. The first double-action barrier hand care that effectively disinfects ^1,2,3 while replenishing the skin and protecting it against dryness.
